1. Coral Reef:
It is a five-day ship based holiday tour conducted on board M.V. Tipu Sultan. In this package the tourists visit three islands - Minicoy, Kavaratti, and Kalpeni. On the first day the ship sails from Kochi in the afternoon and reaches one of these three islands in the morning of second day around 8.00 a.m.

The Bekal Fort:
About 16 km on the south of Kasaragod stands the magnificent fort w.ith its circular laterite structure about 130 ft. above sea level. This fort overlooking the Arabian Sea was built 300 years ago; just one kilometre from the fort is the beautiful 'Pallikere Beach' from where the fort is an overwhelming sight. The Aqua Park nearby has a variety of thrills-to offer like the pedal boats, water cycles etc.

Occupational asthma
Occupational asthma is defined as asthma caused by exposure to an agent encountered in the work environment. Occupational factors are associated with about 1 in 10 cases of adult asthma. A diagnosis of occupational asthma should be considered in every adult patient with new or worsening asthma.
Lung damage from smoking or extensive exposure to inhaled environmental pollutants causes diseases like bronchitis, emphysema, or COPO in the elderly. However, asthma is also a common cause of respiratory symptoms in this age group.
The major advantage of delivering drugs directly into the airways via inhalation is that high concentrations can be delivered more effectively to the airways and side effects are avoided or minimised. Some of the drugs that are effective in asthma can only be used via inhalation because they are not absorbed when given orally (e.g. anticholinergics and cromones).
